Access has been disabled, what could be wrong?

One of the reasons could be that a credit card has been blocked which gave access to the lounge but such authorization expires when the card is closed. We ask you to contact our online chat and get further explanations if you have problems with your access.

How do I access the Priority Pass lounge?

Go to www.prioritypass.com/islandsbanki and complete the registration process by providing personal information and card number. The next step is to, access the Priority Pass app on your smart device and log in to the app. You present your access in the app to an employee of Priority Pass lounge. Above you can see the cards that offer access to the Priority Pass lounge.

How do I change my card number?

If you have a new card number and wish to replace an old card number, you do it by logging in at www.prioritypass.com/islandsbanki and updating the card number for which the visit fee is registered.

How does the renewal access take place?

The cardholder automatically gets their renewed access in the app if a card is valid which gives access to Priority Pass better lounges.

The fee for a visit to a Priority Pass lounge is charged to the card number provided when registering. A fee is charged 3-5 days after the day of visit.

I already have the Priority Pass app account, how do I proceed?

Then you start by going to and completing the new registration at www.prioritypass.com/islandsbanki. You have to choose a new username because unfortunately it is not possible to use what you already have in the Priority Pass app. When the login process is complete, you open the Priority Pass app, with the new username you selected during the login process and the connection to your Íslandsbanki card has become active.

I can´t remember my password, can I get a new one?

You go to the Priority Pass website and select "I don't remember my password" and in that field you enter the username you chose when you first registered.

I tried to get into the lounge but was denied. What do I do?

If your QR code is not in the Priority Pass app, please check if you have registered through the Íslandsbanki process that you can find here. If there is no QR code in your app this could bee the reason. The authorization for the visit was not received because the credit card authorization is fully used. You can change the authorization of the card in the Íslandsbanka app. If an employee at the Priority Pass lounge refused for no apparent reason without looking at the access in the Priority Pass app. We suggest you send us all the main information of the experience (place, time, description of the incident) and we will take your case forward for consideration.
