Íslandsbanki takes misconduct very seriously. We encourage you to let us know if you have knowledge or suspicion of potential misconduct related to the Bank's operations. Your help could be vital in assisting us uncovering any violations that could harm our customers, the public, the Bank and the business community. Reports of suspected misconduct must be made in good faith and based on reasonable grounds.

Reporting misconduct is done through the WhistleB system, which is stored externally and is completely separate from the Bank’s information system. The system is specifically designed to protect the informant and any submitted information, but also allows the informant to continue communicating with the bank anonymously. The system is easy to use and guides the informant through the process. To ensure anonymity, we advise employees to avoid connecting to the system from equipment connected to the Bank‘s network. Only the Bank's internal audit team will have access to registered cases.

The system can be accessed here at this URL (the URL must be copied) https://report.whistleb.com/en/islandsbanki
