Our Contact Centre is open between 9 am and 4 pm on weekdays and our online chat service is open between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays. You can also use our Íslandsbanki online services and app, which can often make life just a little bit simpler.

Do you remember your password?

All transactions require a password. You can access your password via one of our customer advisors at one of our branches.

All Contact Centre charges are listed in the bank's price list.

Self-service is always an option

Telephone our service number 515 4444 and do any of the following:

  • You can find out your balance 
  • You can access information on the last 20 transactions you have made
  • You can transfer money between accounts (from 7 am to 9 pm)
