Electronic ID
You can visit any one of our branches to ask customer services to activate your electronic ID. All you need is a SIM card that is compatible with the service and valid identification, such as a driver's licence or passport.
Parents/guardians can apply for electronic ID for young adults under the age of 18 on the Auðkenni website.
