Young people

Every generation has different expectations. Our young people accounts are designed to meet the specific needs of our younger customers.

Young people and finances

We offer a wide range of services to suit every age group. Younger children can start saving with George's piggy bank and older children can open a debit account and take advantage of all our special offers.

0-8 years

Saving for the future can start early. Our savings options for younger customers are designed to meet their expectations. Our youngest customers can ask George. The George app teaches kids to recognise numbers and letters and our clock app can teach them to be on time!

9-12 years

Young people can receive their first debit card in their ninth year. This can be a milestone and a perfect time to teach kids about responsible money management. Kids can be impulsive, so we encourage parents to help their children to set savings goals that they can stick to.
