Change the limit on a card

You can follow these step-by-step instructions to change the limit on your card.

You can change the limit on your card using the app. Select the right card and then select Credit Limit to see your current limit. You can then increase or decrease the limit.

  1. Open the app by typing in your security number: instructions on security numbers.
  2. You should now be able to see all your cards. You can browse the cards (left or right) until you find the right card.
  3. Select the right card.
  4. Please select the red tab just below the card that says View card.
  5. You should now see four options at the bottom of the screen. Please select the option Limit.
  6. Your current overdraft limit will appear. You can change it by entering a new overdraft limit.
  7. Select the authorisation Validity Period. You can choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
  8. Select Continue at the bottom of the screen.
