Instructions: Freeze card
Losing a card can happen to anyone. If that happens it is best to freeze the card first, here are instructions on how to freeze a card in the app. Then if the card is found you can open it again in the app.
Note that if the card has been frozen, contactless payments must be activated again when the card is opened again.
Instructions: Freeze card in the app
- Open the app on your phone by typing in your security code or use face ID.
- At the home screen there is a red button that says "View card", click on it.
- Then you can see informations about your card. At the bottom of the screen there are three buttons, "top up", "PIN" and three dots. Click on the three dots.
- Then you get three options, find the one that says "freeze".
- Click on the red button that says "freeze card".
Unfreeze a card in the app
Instructions on how to unfreeze a card in the app.
The process is essentially the same as how you freeze a card in the app.
- Open the app on your phone by typing in your security code or use face ID.
- At the home screen there is a red button that says "View card", click on it.
- Then you can see informations about your card. At the bottom of the screen there are three buttons, "top up", "PIN" and three dots. Click on the three dots.
- At the bottom of the screen you have four options, including one that says "Open". Select that option.
- Then you get three options, find the one that says "Unfreeze card".
- Click on the red button that says "Unfreeze card".
