The bank's branches will be open Monday - Friday between 10am and 4pm, except in Egilsstaðir and Ísafjörður where they will be open between 11am and 3pm and in Reyðarfjörður where they will be open between 12pm and 3pm. The changes have been made to give our teams more time to promptly respond to customer requests before our branches open.
Our digital solutions have been expanded in recent months, to respond to the COVID pandemic and the subsequent decline in branch visits. More people are choosing to use our app and online services for their daily banking needs.
Our Customer Care Centre is open Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm and our online chat service is open Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. Our chatbot Fróði is also available 24/7.
