Start by opening the Íslandsbanki app and freeze all your cards. Then contact us at 440 4000 and we guide you on what to do next.

What you can do while you wait for your card to arrive is to use a smartphone or a smartwatch to pay with contactless payments. You register your card in Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Garmin Wallet or FitBit and then you can immediately pay contactless for products and services.
