Lost or stolen card
Please follow these step-by-step instructions if your card is lost or stolen.
The first thing you should do is open the Íslandsbanki app and freeze all your cards. You should then contact us on 440 4000) so we can guide you through the process.
You can use your smartphone or smartwatch to pay using contactless payments while you wait for your card to arrive. Just register your card in Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Garmin Wallet or FitBit, and you can use contactless payments immediately.
