S&P has today raised its long-term credit rating on Íslandsbanki’s covered bond program and related issuances from A with a positive outlook to A+ with a stable outlook.

This follows from S&P’s upgraded credit rating on the Icelandic sovereign to A+ from A, announced on 10 November 2023.
