Reitir and Flóra Hotels complete the acquisition of 201 Hotel

The acquisition by Reitir of all shares in L1100 ehf. and the acquisition by Flóra Hotels of all shares in 201 Hótel ehf., which was announced on May 23rd, have been fully finalized and the companies have been transferred to their new owners.

The sellers are IS FAST‑3, a specialised fund managed by Íslandssjóðir.

Íslandsbanki Corporate Finance oversaw the sales process for the companies 201 Hótel and L1100. The asset in question is a 102‑room, three‑star hotel located at Hlíðarsmári 5–7 in Kópavogur. 201 Hótel ehf. operates the hotel, while L1100 ehf. owns the property at Hlíðarsmári 5–7.

Reitir is one of the largest real estate companies in the country and is listed on the stock exchange. Flóra Hotels is a hotel‑management company operating Reykjavík Residence, Tower Suites, and two hotels under the Oddsson brand.
