Íslandsbanki has received equal pay certification in recognition of its compliance with the Equal Pay Standard, whose purpose is to combat gender-based pay gaps and promote gender equality in the labour market.
Íslandsbanki’s equal pay system ensures that decisions on remuneration are based on objective considerations and do not entail gender-based discrimination.
