Islandsbanki hf.: Íslandsbanki sells covered bonds and commercial paper

Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds and commercial paper.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 26 was sold for an amount of ISK 1,940m at a yield of 3.42%. Total demand amounted to ISK 1,940m.

Following the transaction the total size of ISLA CBI 26 will be ISK 14,820m and the total nominal amount of outstanding covered bonds issued by Íslandsbanki will be to ISK 62,480m.

The nominal amount sold in the 3-month series was 400m at 6.35% simple rate.
The nominal amount sold in the 6-month series was 600m at 6.40% simple rate

Trading is expected to commence on 15 August 2016 on Nasdaq Iceland.
