Íslandsbanki has issued a SEK 150 million tap of its existing SEK450 million 4-year FRN. The senior unsecured bond pays a quarterly coupon of 3 month Stibor + 310bp, and the tap was issued at a price of 101.99. Investors from Scandinavia bought the new tranche. The bond is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
The transaction was issued under Íslandsbanki's USD 750m Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) Programme. The GMTN Base Prospectus and its Supplements are available at www.islandsbanki.is/ir.
