Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds.


Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds. 

Total demand amounted to ISK 1,860m.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 24 was sold for an amount of ISK 540m at a yield of 2.59%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 540m ranging from 2.56% - 2.59%. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 19,180m.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 30 was sold for an amount of ISK 1,320m at a yield of 2.55%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 1,320m ranging from 2.51% - 2.55%. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 16,780m.

Trading is expected to commence on 31 January 2018 on Nasdaq Iceland.

The total nominal amount of outstanding covered bonds issued by Íslandsbanki will be to ISK 108,260m after the auction.
