Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds.
Total demand amounted to ISK 2,000m.
The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 23 was sold for an amount of ISK 2,000m at a yield of 6.08%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 2,000m ranging from 6.00% - 6.08%. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 11,680m.
Trading is expected to commence on 27 December 2018 on Nasdaq Iceland.
In line with the auction announcement, Íslandsbanki buys back ISK 180m of ISLA CB 19 as payment towards the purchase of bonds in the above-mentioned series, ISLA CB 23, at the price of 100.5258.
The total nominal amount of outstanding covered bonds issued by Íslandsbanki will be to ISK 130,100m after the auction.
