Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds.


Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds.

Total demand amounted to ISK 4,140m.

The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 21 was sold for an amount of ISK 100m at a yield of 4.50%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 300m ranging from 4.50% - 4.54%. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 4,660m.

The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 23 was sold for an amount of ISK 920m at a yield of 4.53%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 1.120m ranging from 4.51% - 4.56%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 20,400m.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 28 was sold for an amount of ISK 1.680m at a yield of 1.72%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 2,720m ranging from 1.69% - 1.76%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 15,040m.

Trading is expected to commence on 22 August 2019 on Nasdaq Iceland.
