Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds.

Total demand amounted to ISK 2,900m.

The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 21 was sold for an amount of ISK 500m at a yield of 2.94%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 500m ranging from 2.92% - 2.94%. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 5,680m.

The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 23 was sold for an amount of ISK 1,400m at a yield of 3.54%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 1.640m ranging from 3.50% - 3.56%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 23,080m.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 28 was sold for an amount of ISK 480m at a yield of 1.06%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 760m ranging from 1.00% - 1.08%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 18,300m.

Trading is expected to commence on 23 March 2020 on Nasdaq Iceland.
