Concludes covered bond offering

Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds. Total demand amounted to ISK 5,920m.


The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 21 was sold for an amount of ISK 420m at a yield of 4.93%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 680m ranging from 4.90% - 5.10%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 2,740m.

The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 23 was sold for an amount of ISK 1,580m at a yield of 4.97%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 1,580m ranging from 4.89% - 4.97%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 14,580m.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 28 was sold for an amount of ISK 2,220m at a yield of 2.00%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 3,660m ranging from 1.94% - 2.04%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 10,320m.

Trading is expected to commence on 11 April 2019 on Nasdaq Iceland.
