Concludes covered bond offering

Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds.


Total demand amounted to ISK 5,840m.

The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 21 was sold for an amount of ISK 260m at a yield of 4.72%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 560m ranging from 4.66% - 4.90%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 3,000m.

The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 23 was sold for an amount of ISK 2,320m at a yield of 4.77%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 2,320m ranging from 4.70% - 4.77%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 16,900m.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 28 was sold for an amount of ISK 1,860m at a yield of 1.82%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 2,960m ranging from 1.73% - 1.88%.  Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 12,180m.

Trading is expected to commence on 21 May 2019 on Nasdaq Iceland.
