We offer a wide range of loans to suit your plans.

We offer loans for purchasing housing, refinancing, buying a holiday home or commercial property, for renovations or for anything else. See also personal loan if the loan amount is under ISK 2,450,000.

The loans are non-indexed and bear base interest rates according to the interest rate table, with an added margin based on creditworthiness and collateral. The loans may have equal payments or equal instalments and carry no prepayment or early repayment fees.

To apply, you complete the credit score eval­u­ation and select other loans. The loan services team will then contact you. You can book a meeting with one of our personal advisors or contact us, and we will review your situation with you.
