Instructions: How do I find the PIN number on my card?

PIN numbers for cards can be accessed in the online bank and in the app.

In the online bank, you can click on "Overview" and select the debit account or credit card for which you want to retrieve the PIN number. The "Retrieve PIN" option will appear on the top right. If you press it, you will get an authentication request sent to your phone where you can authenticate with an electronic ID.

After you have done that, the Pin will appear in the online bank. In the app, you can select the card and then the option "PIN" will appear at the bottom of the screen. When you press "PIN", the number will be displayed.
