Íslandsbanki's collection service ensures favorable and efficient collection of trade receivables as well as facilitating an overview of the collection of receivables in the corporate bank.
If you have access to the claims, you can cancel them in the online bank under billing > summary of claims > click on the gear on the right and choose cancel.
Otherwise, you can also contact us here on the online chat, by e-mail at fyrirtaeki@islandsbanki.is or come to one of out branches with a valid ID.
All costs for the collection service can be found in the bank's price list under item 9.
