You can buy most popular currencies at our branches.

You can also buy foreign currency at Íslandsbanki's foreign exchange ATMs, which are located in our branches in Norðurturn, Laugardalur, Hafnafirðir og Akureyri. The foreign exchange ATM in Norðurturn is located outside the branch, so that foreign currency can be obtained outside normal opening hours, or during Smáralind's opening hours.

We advise you to contact us in advance if you need larger amounts of currency, to ensure its availability at the branch in question.
