IS Funds’ Treasury bond fund with the highest returns in 2017

IS Funds’ Treasury bond fund, IS Treasury bonds – long, generated the highest returns of all domestic mutual funds in 2017, as was reported yesterday in Iceland Financial News. IS Funds also had the two medium-term bond funds with the highest returns during the year and two covered bond funds with the highest returns, according to the data vendor Keldan. IS Funds is a subsidiary of Íslandsbanki. 

IS Treasury bonds – long is a fund that invests in bonds issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Iceland. Its assets consist largely of Housing Financing Fund bonds and Treasury bonds.
