Our Contact Centre is open between 9 am and 4 pm on weekdays, and our online chat service is open between 9 am and 4 pm on weekdays. You can simplify your life by using our online services and app.

Our Contact Centre offers the following services:

  • Payment distribution on credit card repayments

  • Financial transactions

  • Information on products and services you have with us

  • Advice and assistance on mortgages

Do you remember your password?

All transactions require a password. You can access your password via one of our customer advisors at one of our branches.

All Contact Centre charges are listed in the bank's price list.

Self-service?

Telephone our service number, 515 4444, and do any of the following:

  • Find out your balance 
  • Access information on the last 20 transactions you have made
  • Transfer money between accounts (from 7 am to 9 pm)
